Customer Service Jobs at Fidelity Investments

Client and Customer Service

As a financial service professional at Fidelity, your counsel will help the most important people -- our clients -- reach their goals and live their dreams. Customer focus is one of Fidelity's core values. Our client and customer service teams work with investment professionals, including brokers and bank officers, to ensure their service meets clients' needs.

Fidelity offers customer service roles at all levels, some of which will require obtaining your Series 7 and 63 licenses if you do not already have them.

Opportunities in this area include:
* Expanded Part-time Opportunities. Join our growing Customer Service Team and you'll be in a rewarding, flexible environment that accommodates your schedule. Part-time shifts are 20-30 hours per week - daytime and evening hours available.

* Financial Representative (Retail). Learn the financial industry while providing high-quality services to clients. Be part of a fast-paced team focused on enhancing relationships and building customer loyalty. Provide market news, quotes, and tax and retirement-related information. If you don't already have them, we will help you with the training you need to obtain your Series 7 & 63 licenses within the required timeframe.

* Customer Service Associate. Interact with client participants by assisting them with plan options, enrollments, and more. Provide plan-specific guidance and work with management and service delivery specialists to ensure that client needs are met.

* Financial Team Manager: Provide effective coaching, feedback, and motivation to a team of 15-20 licensed Financial Representatives. For this position, we prefer that you have held your Series 9 & 10 licenses or, at a minimum, that you have held your Series 7 & 63 licenses for at least 3 years.

These positions -- and many others -- are available at several of Fidelity's regional sites, including: Covington, Kentucky, Durham, North Carolina, Jacksonville, Florida, Merrimack, New Hampshire, Salt Lake City, Utah, and Westlake, Texas.
