Reporting to the Head of Global Technology for HR Access North America, the Head Program Management for HR Access North America will provide the leadership and direction for Program and Project Management in the US. The incumbent will ensure that all required global resources contribute to and are accountable for delivery and budget to support the agreed upon objectives of the North America Technology Plan, and the HR Access five-year business plan. This role is critical for the timely launch and successful growth of the North American business.

Primary Responsibilities

* Accountable for the Program / Project Management for HRA North America. The areas of accountability include:

o Plan creation and execution

o Risk management, including mitigation

o Status Reporting

o Program / Project Metrics

o Demand Management

o Portfolio Management

o Supply Management

* Manage tasks and deliverables in order to complete projects on Schedule:.

* Achieve agreed upon business objectives and performance on financial metrics, and partner with all North American HRA groups in support of the business plan

* Work closely with other groups across Global Technology to define the product roadmap, functionality, content and release schedule

* Interact effectively with appropriate management in other countries to maximize synergy and eliminate duplication of effort and identify opportunities to share knowledge and expertise across all areas of HR Access

* Develop and promote a culture of innovation across the Global Technology organization in North America

Qualifications

Education and Experience


* Bachelors Degree required, MBA preferred

* Must have 10-15 years of Program / Project Management experience, with a focus in HR Payroll applications

* Experience in all phases of the project life cycle participating in large complex projects.

* Experience with large scalable multi-client environments

* Proven track record on managing highly complex systems project in a cross-cultural and highly matrix environment.

* Working knowledge of HR/Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, and Financial systems

* Direct and demonstrable experience with current system development methodologies, six-sigma or equivalent processes, ISO or equivalent certification processes, formal quality assurance and testing programs and methodologies, and formal project management training/techniques and practices (e.g. PMI certification)

* Experience working in an distributed software development environment with matrix management

* Cross-culturally aware, and experienced distributing and allocating work to deliver projects from with single teams across multiple countries, maximizing skill set availability and utilization

* Strong analytical skills; ability to identify problems, consistently pursues a solution oriented approach, research issues, and provides options for resolution.

* Knowledge of MS Office Suite applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
