With minimal direction, the Ongoing Production Manager for Fidelity Human Resources Services (HRS) will manage the production work flow of communication materials for large size implementations, corporate actions, and ongoing clients. You will be responsible for client satisfaction by ensuring department quality standards are met. Plans are typically complex, can be integrated or multi-practice, and/or may be sensitive/'at risk'. You must demonstrate proficiency in a majority of the functional skill requirements and have an understanding of client's communication strategy and maintains awareness of client's budget. Primary Responsibilities
· Partner with Consultant to understand communication strategy and provide consultative support and end to end production management to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met accurately and timely
· Execute large complexity projects with multiple components and of moderate volume. (Includes preparing mailing instructions, coordinate address data and ensure accuracy of mailing by following defined C&E QC procedures)
· Participate in the development and implementation of new procedures and systems to enhance workflow within the department and with internal business partners.
· Identify problems as they arise and take responsibility to develop and implement solutions
· Communicates status of projects to client teams as well as senior management
· Select appropriate vendors from approved list for large-scale production projects
· Facilitate and coordinate inventory management oversight for assigned client portfolio.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
:
· Bachelor's degree
· 5 years of publishing or production experience Skills and Knowledge
:
· Knowledge of Fidelity proprietary systems including Correspondence Manager, C&E Matrix and DC Lit Hub
· Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
· Proficient knowledge of MS Project and MS Visio
· Strong organization and project management skills
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Strong knowledge of print, fulfillment and inventory processes
· Strong knowledge of postal requirements and regulations
· Ability to manage budgets and reconcile estimate to actual expenses
· Excellent collaboration skills and ability to navigate independently through a matrixed environment
· Strong customer service and analytical thinking orientation
· Ability to be decisive and think independently
· Strong organizational and technical skills, oral and written communication skills, customer service orientation, problem solving, client management, project management, negotiation and influencing skills.

· Demonstrate creativity in formulating solutions.
