Inside Wholesaler - Business Development Rep - Sales Rep - Distict Sales Associate (Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Toronto)
We are looking for individuals interested in future opportunities to join our sales team.
The Inside Wholesaler role develops and maintains relationships with Investment Professionals, with the focus on building sales momentum.
Primary Responsibilities
* Work as a part of a team in a high- paced, energetic sales environment.
* Work with a Wholesaler to determine the best approach to the assigned territory
* Proactively contact existing clients to educate them about Fidelity's products, and how they could use Fidelity's product line to build their business.
* Establish and maintain relationships with current and new clients
Qualifications
Education, Experience and Licenses
* 4 year Bachelor's degree
* Completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or the Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) - Sales
* 2+ years work experience in the financial services industry
* Completion of or enrolment in a financial services industry program (e.g. CFA, CFP, CIM etc.) is an asset
Skills and Knowledge
* Solid understanding of Canadian financial markets
* Ability to build credibility and rapport with clients over the phone
* Strong listening and communication skills with the ability to simplify complicated financial concepts
* Ability to present solutions that are on target for clients and motivate them to take action
* Ability to prioritize, organize and execute sales plans
* Strong customer relationship management skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
