Position Description
As an Intermediate Associate in the Client Service and Support organization, you will be part of a broad team of operations and service professionals. In addition to the fast paced, team-oriented environment, you will be focused on enhancing relationships and building customer loyalty while educating customers across multiple lines of business (PWI, National Financial and Institutional Wealth Services). Assisted by a various online tools, you will assist clients regarding various brokerage transactions (transfer of assets, corporate rollovers, deliveries, new account not-in-good-order, account maintenance, etc). You will also be responsible for resolving problems and discussing Fidelity's services to educate and engage our customers. You will have opportunities to build working relationships with contacts at external financial firms, as well as, with internal business partners.
Primary Responsibilities • Inbound customer inquires from multiple lines of business (PWI, NF & IWS) clients• Problem Resolution - resolve and/or facilitate resolution• Interaction with business partners and/or contra firms to help resolve client issue• Limited processing to resolve customer issue• Advocate for both customer and firm
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
College Degree preferred
Customer Service experience required
Minimum of 2 years brokerage processing or financial services experience 3-5 years preferred
Skills and Knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Broad systems knowledge (mainframe & web-based)
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Presentation & negotiation skills
