Brokerage Operations Associate, Alternative Investments

The Alternative Investment Service Associate is a critical member of the OSG organization whose purpose as a client facing member of the team is to demonstrate a clear and competent understanding of the Alternative Investment department processes, and enhance the client experience by providing superior customer service.

The Expertise We’re Looking For
Willing and able to answer 40+ calls per day
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of applicable brokerage operations and services experience.
Alternative Investment transaction servicing experience

The Purpose of Your Role

The Alternative Investments brokerage operations associate will be responsible for providing superior customer service, taking approximately 40-60 inbound calls daily that deal with a range of issues for our clients. In this role you will manage multiple client inquiries and requests that must be completed within a tight timeframe. The brokerage operations associate is also responsible for monitoring customer adherence to internal guidelines, in addition to building and maintaining strong relationships all while maintaining a high level of customer service. The associate will be expected to have the necessary expertise to respond to inquiries on a variety of alternative investment issues.
