As a key member of the Asset Management Finance team, the Director reports to the VP, Finance, and provides executive decision support to the Head of Asset Management Finance. As Director, you have demonstrable expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis and process management. You will be looked upon to provide thought leadership as it pertains to asset & flow trends, revenue analytics, and cost structure modeling. You communicate complex information in a clear and concise way to senior leaders and play a key role in the creation and adoption of a suite of self-service tools. You utilize project management skills to advance these efforts, improving the analytical capabilities of the team. Based in our Boston office, the Director leads a team of three analysts. You work closely with teams in Line Finance, Financial Architecture, and the Reporting Center of Excellence.

Primary Responsibilities
You influence our business strategy by providing ad-hoc executive decision support to the Head of Asset Management Finance
You advance adoption of Asset Management’s interactive dashboard capabilities
You are a mentor to associate analysts as they develop their problem solving and analytical skills and assist in their general development
You partner and coordinate with various finance teams to support planning and central analytics

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related subject matter experience
Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in the financial services industry
MBA or advanced degree preferred

Skills and Knowledge
Ability to learn quickly and work well handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Possess confidence and maturity to work independently and across all levels of the organization
Lead multiple deliverables while prioritizing accordingly
Excellent communication skills needed to summarize and clearly articulate complex issues, synthesize key points and effectively communicate findings
Knowledge of investment management industry and understanding of Fidelity's channel segments
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Aptitude for data visualization tools and concepts is helpful
