The Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing 4 - 6 large and complex client relationships within the Strategic Accounts Region of the RIA segment in the Fidelity Custody & Clearing Solutions business. By engaging strategically with your clients and by leveraging the breadth of Fidelity, you will be responsible for growing these relationships and ensuring high client satisfaction levels. The position will report directly to the Regional Vice President, Strategic Accounts.

The Expertise We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA is a plus.
10-15 years successful Sales and/or Relationship Management experience in the financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of the RIA, Wealth Management, Institutional Platform Providers, TAMP, Brokerage and B2B markets; understanding of the wealth management industry, financial markets and competitive landscape.

The Purpose of Your Role

The Strategic Accounts Region supports Wealth Managers, Strategic Acquirers, Integrated Platform & Service Providers and Turnkey Asset Management Platforms (also known as TAMPs) with ambitious growth strategies, including growth through mergers and acquisitions. These clients are large and complex and use multiple providers, including Fidelity. Your ability to work across Fidelity to enhance our competitive positioning with these clients will help our clients grow and help accelerate our growth, as well.

The Value You Deliver

Own and manage Strategic Account Plans for client relationships with national distribution networks

Develop and manage a growth strategy for the achievement of revenue and net new asset targets
Communicate, negotiate and advise C-level executives in client organizations, consulting with them on strategic/business planning to help grow their business and differentiate Fidelity in the process
Maximize collaboration across Fidelity to share and leverage best practices to accelerate growth, improve profitability and expand and deepen client relationships.
Analyze data to inform priorities, decisions and to create a point of view to share with your clients
Stay informed of critical operational issues and escalations that impact the client
Monitor trends impacting client satisfaction with your clients, including competitive, industry, and marketplace data. Develop a response plan to maintain or improve client satisfaction.
Act as role model for relationship building; maintain and continue to develop multi-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
