As a member of the Personal Investing (PI) Learning and Development (L&D) Leadership Team, you will ensure all Experience Designers and Experience Architects are aligned appropriately to support the business and enhance the capabilities of our associates. With your guidance and servant leadership, you will enable the team to deliver quality solutions across the business.

The Team

The Experience Enablement Chapter Leader will work in partnership with the Squad Leaders (Product Owners) supporting PI phones, sales, branches, and home office. By keeping abreast of current industry trends across design, digital learning and technical writing, they will drive innovation through all disciplines.

The Expertise You Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent discipline is required; Graduate degree is preferred

8+ years of experience in a Learning & Development function

5-8 years of experience in Instructional Design

5+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing digital learning experiences

Experience with visual design

Experience working in an Agile environment

Your In-depth experience with course development/learning authoring tools (Adobe Creative Suite), HTML, CSS and design thinking principles

Expertise in the use of web development software used to design, build and publish digital learning solutions

Your commitment to the highest levels of quality and demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness

Strong ability to work closely with teammates to solve problems, transfer knowledge, and develop internal tools

Your strong project leadership, decision making skills, communication skills, and analytical capabilities

Working collaboratively across multiple Fidelity business groups and various levels in these organizations

Prioritizing work with Squad Leaders (Product Owners) to ensure resources are aligned to provide the most efficient impact to the business

Setting direction and driving innovation in the design, digital learning, and reference writing disciplines

Working with Learning Management System to design, develop, and deliver learning experiences using the Learning and Development suite of authoring and software tools (Adobe Creative Cloud)

Supporting or performing in-depth scoping and needs analysis for complex instructional design projects with aggressive timelines and multiple deliverables

Leading, coaching, mentoring, and reviewing the work of others to ensure adherence to standards of instructional integrity
