As an Account Supervisor within the Account Management organization of Fidelity Communications and Advertising (Fidelity’s in-house advertising agency), you’ll be a key part of the team responsible for coordinating and supporting marketing campaigns and multi-channel initiatives for the Workplace Solutions organization – a division of the company that targets administrators and participants of workplace benefits plans such as 401(k)s. The Account Supervisor must be a detail-oriented, self-starter with strong collaboration, communication, and problem solving skills. The ideal candidate will have prior marketing communications and/or agency experience as well as a background working within the financial services category.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree

3-5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising and/or marketing communications

Agency experience, especially with financial services clients, a plus

Experience with Agile principles, a plus

The Purpose of Your Role

The Account Supervisor manages and coordinates end-to-end sales and marketing initiatives supporting Workplace Solutions, including promotional and service communications across print and digital channels. As a member of the account team, the account supervisor serves as the lead advocate and facilitator among marketing strategy, creative, and marketing channels to drive consistent messaging with an eye on customer experience, brand alignment, efficiency, quality and business results.

Experience with cross-channel marketing programs – content, video, digital, email/direct mail and social

Superior written and verbal communication skills, and are able to communicate clearly and concisely.
